We will buy broken jewelry, unmatched earrings, knotted or kinked chains, or any precious item, that is no longer precious to you. All of these items have value, and that value is determined from the precious metal content of the item. When the item is refined, the precious metal can be used and recycled.
How to Identify Precious Metals
Gold can usually be identified by markings on your jewelry in karats, such as: 8kt, 9kt, 10kt, 14kt, and .750 for 18kt.
Yellow and white are the most common colors for gold.
Platinum jewelry will be marked .950 or PLAT.
Silver will either be marked: STERLING, 925 or Silver.
We Do Not Accept
Items marked 1/10 GF. They are gold--filled, not solid gold.
Items that are silver plated. Silver plated means the item is coated with silver and not of precious metal value.
