After you collect all your unwanted gold, silver or platinum, simply fill out the form to the left to get started. We will send you a Gold Exchange Mailer or GEM Packet for you to place your items. You will receive email notification that your GEM Packet has been mailed.

 

 

 

 

 

Your GEM Packet arrives in one of our stores. This is where our jewelers evaluate and determine the value of your gold.


LOGIN TO THE XCHANGE CENTER

The Xchange Center is designed for you to check and get updates on the status of your gold. We will let you know via email when the following updates are made:

1. When we receive your GEM Packet
2. After we weigh your gold, and post our Payout Valuation
3. After you accept our Payout Valuation, we will notify you once your check has been mailed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your payout, simply decline the transaction and we will mail your items back to you immediately -- no questions asked and no follow-up phone calls.

We use an accurate electronic scale to measure your gold.

 

RECEIVE YOUR CHECK IN TEN DAYS

We give you 48 hours from the time you logon to the Xchange Center to accept or decline our Payout Valuation.

If we do not accept or decline our payout after 48 hours, we will send you email notification that we mailed your check. We will then wait 3-5 business days before we refine your items.

 

 

 

 

After you have accepted our payout, we recycle your gold.
